I enjoy that the location is right off the highway and very easy to find. It is located near a Pizza Hut, KFC/Taco Bell and McDonald's so it you want a quick cheap meal you can just walk there. If you want to eat a moreblocal meal or from one of the Route 66 Diners that is only a few minutes drive away. Very close to everything in town. I recommend visiting, Bearizona, Canyon Coaster and the Poozeum. You can check in online which makes the process much smoother when you get there. My son had a separate room but we were next to each other and had a door that connected the rooms. There is an indoor pool that is not heated and a large hot tub indoors as well. They do provide towels at the pool but they are kind of small; they do the job but adults might want to bring the ones provided in their room. They had free coffee, cocoa and French vanilla machine located on the first floor which was nice for the cold mornings and evenings. There are vending machines on both floors but the one on the first floor is cheaper. They have a restaurant connected to the hotel but it is a little pricy. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are going to be visiting Williams, AZ.

Margie went above and beyond during check-in. We had reserved a Mobility Accessible room, and the one we had came with a tub. Margie did everything she could to see if she could transfer us to one with a walk-in shower. It was not possible for the night we were staying, but she reserved it for our return visit two night later. That made check-in---again with Margie--that much easier when we returned. Also, when we plugged in our phone charger, a breaker tripped in the room, and we lost our electric. Margie made several phone calls until she found someone who could come in and fix the issue. Both rooms were a great size, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom ...with the accessibility was great in both rooms. The foyer was very inviting, and there was always ice water available. The location was good, and we enjoyed the town, especially all of the RT 66 paraphernalia. It is also the starting point for train to the Grand Canyon.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in the first days of 2024. We had to stay here because we were stuck on the road on the way to Las Vegas due to a big accident in a snow storm. There were a lot of people booking in this small town that night and this place was the one we found after visiting three other hotels that were either already full or didn't have Internet. We were there only 6 or 7 hours. The location for our interest was great, the room very complete with microwave, mini fridge, tea and coffee maker, and the bathroom well equipped, everything fine.

The welcome by Magie was amazing, considering she was on her own working she was very efficient. The pool was a nice size and the spa was a lovely temperature. Having a supply of towels at the pool was really good did not have to use the ones in the room, The shower was lovely especially the temperature of the water and the toiletries were a great brand. The supplies of coffee and tea was appreciated. The curtains made the room dark allowing no sun through.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The employees were really nice. It's close to the old route 66 with lots of places to eat and shops. The indoor pool was very clean and enjoyed by all of us. The beds were very comfortable. Even though our room faced the highway, we were far enough back so that we did not hear the traffic. The restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel) was amazing and fairly priced for the area.
